Matt Busch represents clients in workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury cases. Matt Busch has been practicing law in Colorado since 1977 and employs a trained and professional staff who work as a team to advocate the client’s case through the complicated administrative and adjudicative processes. We have successfully tried countless cases before the Workers’ Compensation Division of Administrative Courts, the Social Security Administration, and the Colorado District Courts. We have successfully appealed multiple cases in the Industrial Claims Appeals Office, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration, and the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado.

Matt is a member of and active participant in the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (WCEA). WCEA is an organization of Colorado Claimant attorneys who advocate the rights of injured workers both in workers’ compensation claims and before the legislature. Matt is also a member of NOSSCR, a nationwide organization of lawyers who represent claimants in Social Security cases. Membership in these organizations provide us with state and national support from what we consider to be the best lawyers in our fields of practice.
