A Legacy of Successfully Fighting For Workers' Rights Working With Attorney Brett Busch, Esq.

undefinedBrett Busch, Esq.

Attorney

Email: brett@mbuschlaw.com

My name is Brett Busch, and I was drawn to practice law so I could have the chance to represent individuals who are being deprived benefits from insurance companies. I absolutely love being on this side of the fight and acting as a trusted plaintiff’s attorney for workers’ compensation claims of all sorts. Throughout my career, I have represented many individuals who were in desperate need of workers' compensation and disability benefits. My team and I are constantly fighting with insurance companies who do not want to pay what they owe, and we do so with pride.

I have represented construction workers, roughnecks, pizza delivery drivers, RN's, welders, veterinarians, and even workers' compensation insurance adjusters. I truly enjoy the diversity that my practice brings and the fact that many of my clients have turned into genuine friends. Representing this diverse population has taught me to relate to all walks of life, which in turn allows me to better represent my clients and achieve the results they deserve.

History & Personal Life

Busch Law Offices is a family business. My father, Matt Busch, started his own firm in the 1980s. My mother, Shelley, kept the books. I was hired in 2010 after passing the bar exam and was trained by the best. Matt retired in 2018 but his practice is carried on by myself, my wife Nicole, and our dedicated and experienced staff members: Liz Smith, Deidra Deery, and Anastasia Knoll.

My wife and I grew up here in Loveland, Colorado. Both of our children were born here. We are invested in and familiar with this community and we intend on fighting for our clients until we retire and our kids take over the business. When I am not working I prefer to spend time with my son, Wyatt, and my daughter, Marley. I thoroughly enjoyed coaching Wyatt's baseball team last summer. Marley is a thrill seeker like myself, so I look forward sharing those activities with her. When not working and not with my kids, I enjoy making metal art in my shop, riding my motorcycle, and keeping myself fit.

  • You were always there to answer questions.

“I can think of nothing you can do to make things better. You were always there to answer questions. You always took the time to talk to me and make me feel better about things when I was upset. No one ever made me feel like I was a chore or that I was bothering them.”

  • I would choose Busch Law every time for both disability cases and personal injury.

“They took my disability case when others might not have due to my young age. Fifteen minutes in court and the judge decided in our favor. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would choose Busch Law every time for both disability cases and personal injury.”

  • The Busch Law Firm was the best choice I could have made.

“The Busch Law Firm was the best choice I could have made. Brett Busch was a top-notch Attorney and represented me during the three year legal process with Workers comp as well as a personal injury claim. During these three years he guided me through the process to maximize my claim. He kept me well informed and was prompt to return my calls or emails whenever I had a question or concern. Deidra Deery , Brett's Paralegal at the Firm , was more than helpful anytime I needed assistance. As a matter of fact everyone I spoke to at the Busch Law Firm was kind and caring any time I was in contact with. This Law Firm and Brett were always professional and most importantly effective in resolving my legal issues.”
